Great customer service!

Let me tell you, this company deserves your business! After my previous review, it wasn't 10 minutes after I posted it that their customer service rep emailed me about the issue I had with the pin popping out. After explaining my issue further and sending some pictures of the unit, they promptly shipped me a replacement free of charge! I highly recommend this company's products!

Best dugout I’ve found

Excellent dugout for my purpose. Had a slight issue with the item about a week after I bought it. Called customer service, no hassle just apologies and item was replaced in less than 48 hours.
