This return policy only applies to customers within the United States and its territories. At this time we cannot allow merchandise returns for our Canadian customers. All international purchases are final.

Returns are accepted for unused products! We only accept unused items in original packaging. If the item comes in its own packaging(like vaporizers, etc.) we will only accept a return if it is unopened. Even if you used it once, we will not take it.

RETURNS ARE PROCESSED ONLY WHEN THE ITEM IS RETURNED BACK TO US, NO EXCEPTIONS, IF THE PACKAGE IS STILL IN TRANSIT WE CANNOT PROCESS THE RETURN.

PILOT DIARY understands that sometimes you may change your mind on a purchase. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, email us at support@pilotdiarystore.com within 30 days of receiving the package and let us know if you would like a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase. Sorry, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

***Why do I return an item?

Seller Error:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send photos/videos of the shipping damage to support@pilotdiarystore.com. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please tell us. Once we accept your request, we will ship the new replacement to you as quickly as possible or refund.

Buyer Preference:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We can provide you with a prepaid shipping label, the cost of the postage will be deducted from your refund. We do not accept returns on used products. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error it will be partial refunds are granted.

***How do I return an item?
  • Step 1. E-mail us at support@pilotdiarystore.com within 48 hours of product delivery with your order number.
  • Step 2. Take videos/photos of all packaging and item.
  • Step 3. Once we accept your request for the return and we will send you a return shipping label. You need to return the item within 7 business days or your return request will be voided and we will not accept the return.
  • Step 4. Once we receive the items we will inspect the items, and process the refund. It may take an additional 3-5 business days to fully process your return and issue your refund upon delivery. You'll get a notification once the refund is issued.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
