I purchased the blue LV pattern beaker bong. I initially had a technical issue with applying the discount to my order. I emailed customer service requesting assistance with the hopes of applying the discount to my order. They went out of their way and made it possible:) I then received my order (shipping was free and arrived sooner than expected). The package was taped and secured with lots of bubble wrap. Unfortunately the first one had arrived broken. However, the customer service team again went out of their way and sent me a new item which I just received and am so thrilled to use. It is a beautiful print, thick glass and included a down stem and bowl piece.
